Saturday September 7, 2019 – February 15, 2020 ~ Arrive 6:45 AM walking starts at 7:00 AM

Commit! Sign up for a race, committing by paying the registration fee will help you stay on target. Do not have a race, ask for race ideas or see the events schedule below.

ALWAYS bring water, cell phone, a copy of the route and maybe a flashlight based on start time.

Bring a Friend! There is always plenty of time to add a few more walkers!

Speak up! Ask questions, find a walking buddy and get involved. Never done a race. Asking others as well as connecting with fellow walkers will help you stay motivated.

Show up! Miles posted seem too much. Come join us, there is always someone else looking for a buddy to walk with and mileage can be adjusted. Did you know research has proven stopping your training routine for more than 2 weeks is like starting over each time. Stay active, the hardest part about the training is getting out of bed.

Buy new shoes - Get 2 pair. One pair is for Saturday training and the other is for your weekly training. On race day you wear the Saturday shoes, finish the race and toss both pair and start over.

Relax - We will provide training and support each Saturday.
